Centurion CABIN & SPA KYOTO

Staff were wonderful, and the basement baths and sauna were a nice bonus. The capsules were spacious enough to sleep in, but the air conditioning wasn't great and I got really hot. The location was good, and the free breakfast next door was great every morning. I almost always had the curry rice. I'd stay for a night or two, but not for another six days like last time.

For what I paid, the service was good. There was a locker for valuables, and the bath area was great. This was my first capsule hotel, so I don't have anything else to compare it with. The capsule got too hot without a fan, so I had to leave the door cracked open. Then the bright light next to it was a problem. I was a bit disappointed and wish I'd researched other capsule hotels more, but it was decent value. Ask the front desk for earplugs, or bring your own.

We went as a family for one night. The room had six capsule cabins and the bathroom was pretty compact, though they supplied lots of bathing items, including facial cleanser, face wash, and moisturizer. There’s a sauna and small spa on level B1. The location was accessible, security seemed good, and it was not bad! =)

For the price, it felt fancy and was very clean. I've never slept better at a hostel. The rooms were always quiet, and each bed blocked out light and noise really well. The spa was a nice extra too. I don't think you can find better value.
