The hostel they moved me to was 40 minutes from where I needed to be, and I’d have to share with strangers despite booking a single room. They didn’t offer to cover the travel costs, and their phone service was so poor I had to call back myself. The whole thing felt completely insincere. This happened after they canceled my reservation the day before I was due to arrive, blaming a system error and overbooking. They said they’d forgotten about a long-term guest, which I found incredibly unreasonable.

Really friendly service, and everything was neat and clean. Comfortable too, with super quality.
