We had a private room that was a good size for two, not huge, but plenty if you're mainly there to sleep. Since the floor is tatami, eating in the room isn't allowed. That's understandable, though a bit inconvenient. It stayed quiet and dark through the night, and the air conditioning ran too, so it was perfect for sleeping. The staff were very friendly. I wish there'd been a bath, but at least we never had to wait for the shower. Really nice accommodation.

The hostel was spotless and everything seemed brand new. Staff were friendly and spoke English, so they could help us out. It's just a few minutes' walk from Nijo station and Nijo Castle, with convenience stores all around and a couple of large supermarkets nearby. I'd definitely stay here again if I return.

The shower was clean, and the beds felt more like capsules, but they were super comfortable. It's about a 10-minute walk from the JR station. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

The place was clean and comfortable, and the bus got us to the city center in just a few minutes. The facilities were clean too. The sleeping units only fit two people, so keep that in mind if you're traveling with a friend. The air inside was really unpleasant, though, and it was hard to sleep without fresh air. Aside from that, things were fine.

The staff were great, friendly, and spoke English, which made getting around easier. Everything was brand new and very clean, and I had a lovely two-night stay. I'd happily come back and recommend it.
