The food was great, and the service was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the little pond at the back was a relaxing place to sit while my food digested. I'm not sure what to say about the location or rooms, but I'd recommend going even if I weren't part of a group.
The broth was the best I've ever tasted, with just the right amount to cook the Kobe beef and vegetables, and enough left over to sip at the end. The food was extremely well prepared. My 80-year-old grandfather joined me and my cousin, and they were courteous enough to bring him a slightly more comfortable seat. It made an already enriching trip to Japan even more memorable. I'd highly recommend it!
The food and service were excellent from start to finish, and the group was accommodated perfectly. We've had no better authentic Japanese-style meal. We're already looking forward to returning to Japan just to experience this place again. Thank you for such an unforgettable meal!
Trying this traditional-style restaurant was the highlight of my trip. The meal was incredible, and I'm already dreaming about coming back.
My wife and I stopped here for a meal during our one-day trip, and the food was great. We came directly to the restaurant by bus and hadn't booked an overnight stay, so I can't comment on the rooms or location as a place to stay. I'd happily recommend eating here if you're after a really good meal.
