The staff were courteous and helpful, though the front desk usually looked unattended. If you use the desk phone to speak with them, they come out of the office. I assume that’s for privacy, and they may be watching the front with a camera in case of a problem. There’s also a self-checkout machine, so you can leave without speaking to anyone. That could suit people who prefer to avoid that kind of interaction. The room and bathroom were pretty large. There was a jacuzzi that could fit two or three people, though I didn’t use it. The linens were clean, and the room was generally clean enough for one night, but I found a few long hairs, two or three on the bathroom floor and one in the tub, so they could have vacuumed better. They had a few extra towels, which was handy. The room included a magic wand for “massages” and some, er, protection. I ordered snacks through room service. They arrived quickly and were okay, though not cheap. The food and drink menu was actually quite large. There were beverages for sale in the fridge, and another dispenser had massage oil, women's underwear, and what looked like a woman's teddy lingerie. I didn’t buy any to find out, but I guess that’s convenient if you need those things. There was a slot machine in the room, but I didn’t try it, so I’m not sure if it works. Good value, lots of convenient options, and a convenience store right across the street. I’d stay again.
