I ended up staying eight nights instead of the six I first booked because I was so happy there. The staff made the extension easy, too. When I asked to add two nights, the front office lady said I might need to move rooms but would try to keep me where I was. They asked me to check in the day before the move. When I got back close to midnight, a staff member had already arranged for me to stay on the same floor. I received a new key card and could move my things over gradually, which made the whole process stress-free. For a solo traveler, the room with two beds worked especially well. I used one for sleeping and the other for my large luggage and personal things. The honey-scented bath products left my skin soft and moisturized, and the complimentary honey tea had a real honey flavor unlike any tea bag I'd tried before. I could open the window for fresh air, and the soundproofing was excellent. I heard nothing from neighboring rooms. Housekeeping wasn't full service every day, but fresh towels and rubbish removal each day were enough for me. The room and thoughtful details were great, and the team really went out of their way to make me comfortable. I'd absolutely stay here again.

The staff were helpful, and one of them was Indonesian, which made it easy to ask for tips and recommendations in Indonesian. They could suggest halal food and places to visit, and had a map showing bus routes and stops. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in. The room was comfortable, and the hotel is close to Marutamachi Station.
Getting around was easy with local buses and trains very close by. The staff were kind and helpful, the amenities were great, and we really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Thanks for having us, we had an amazing stay!
We booked and paid for a room with three beds, but at check-in representative Khin said it counted as a one-person booking because I hadn't listed the other guests' names. He told me I'd owe another 2000 yen per person. I checked the hotel's website for the same date and entered three people, and the rate was actually 20% lower than what I'd already paid. Khin said, “we have a fluctuating policy,” and that rates could drop after booking. When I asked him to honor the rate on their own site, he refused and said I still had to pay a fine for not specifying two other people in the three-bed room. Hidden fees after booking, and the worst customer service I've encountered. Stay anywhere but here. They are cons.
The dryer took ages, and I needed three cycles to dry my clothes. Otherwise everything was really good. It's a quiet area but easy to get around from.
