KYOTO SANJO Inn

The room worked well for the four of us, with two big beds, a large fridge and freezer, and a washing machine. We didn't use the small TV. You can hang clothes in the bathroom shower area and switch on the dryer, though Google Translate may help with the controls. Laundry liquid was free, and the front desk had other bathroom items to take if needed. There was also a handy drink vending machine, a stovetop, and kitchen things available to hire, though we didn't need any. The staff were very friendly when we arrived and later kindly arranged to have our luggage picked up and forwarded to Tokyo. The station entrance was around 50m away, and the main shopping area was about 200 metres across the bridge. We had a great stay and would recommend the place.

Our room had everything we needed for our five-night stay: two double beds, a double ring cooker with an extractor hood, a washing machine, and a bathroom that could be used as a drying room. It was spacious, too. The hotel is in a fantastic spot near the Kama river, just around the corner from Sanjo Station. The Imperial Palace, Gion district, and many temples and shrines are within walking distance. There are also great restaurants and shopping arcades in the Sanjo area. The staff were friendly, informative, and spoke good English. We loved staying at Hotel Kyoto Sanjo Ohashi. Thank you!

Good value during the week. It's a hotel apartment style room with a small kitchenette, washing machine, and balcony. Staff explained everything at check-in, and the location was excellent. Paid parking is a little walk away.

James Lin gave us outstanding attention and made our three-night stay feel perfect. The hotel was spotless and spacious, and had everything we needed. We had an amazing time, and I'd highly recommend it for comfort, cleanliness, location, and excellent service.
