There was plenty of space for the four of us, two adults and two teenagers, at Lavita Kyoto. The amenities were clean, and having two toilets was useful. We also had a full washer and dryer, cooking facilities and a dishwasher. It's five minutes from Kyoto Station, the mall and lots of shops. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.
