Noku Kyoto

I’d been searching for a particular snack for days. The reception team pointed me toward a place nearby, then surprised me by finding some of the snacks at the hotel too. They also helped us work out travel plans and the best routes and transport. Their English was very good, and the whole team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and happy. I was very pleased with the location and quality as well as the service during our few days there. Thank you so much Emi Nagao, Miku Tanaka and Yann Mamonoff for making our stay wonderful.

A nice stay in a beautiful hotel, with big rooms and outstanding service. The best part was the location, right outside the metro station. The only disappointing thing was the view from our room, straight onto the wall of another building.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the bathroom was stocked with way more than the basics, even hair ties and bath salts. I loved the tea setup in the room, such a fun detail. We stayed two nights, and the room felt really comfortable and relaxing. I'd definitely recommend it.

The front desk was great about pointing me toward the places I needed to go, and I'm grateful for that. This was my second stay at Noku Hotel, after first visiting in 2019. Both times it suited me well after the Kyoto Marathon or before heading out to Lake Biwa/Sunshine Beach for the Parkrun.
