Private Residence Fushimi Inari

It’s peaceful here, and the hosts were polite and helpful. The cozy home was very clean, with the train station, grocery store, convenience store, and Fushimi Inari shrine all within walking distance. I’d happily recommend it and stay again.

A lovely home in such an idyllic spot. With a konbini and two train stations nearby, it makes a great base for a big family or a group of friends. Outstanding!

We were sad to leave after ten days. The house has a really homey feel, plenty of space to lounge and eat, and a beautiful canal right there, day and night. The owners thoughtfully left Kyoto walking guide books that came in very handy. Cooking was easy, and there were two toilets, which made things convenient for our family of four. The owners had also considered what utensils and supplies to provide. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had good pressure.

The Saito Family were caring and quick to respond. The house is convenient, with nearby shops and a 7-11 just a minute or two on foot. Major attractions are an easy drive away. It felt like a real home away from home, something I don’t often find in rental houses, and I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Everything was clean, neat, and in good condition, with the house kept up well.
