The sushi tasted great, and all the fish, rice, and vegetables were really fresh. I’ve lived in Japan for 8 years, but this was my first sushi-making class. It was such an amazing experience, and I thought it was worth the price for both the knowledge and the hands-on practice. I’d recommend giving it a try!

The chef was so friendly, and learning the history of sushi, where it came from, and all the little details was really interesting. I feel like I learned a lot! We had a great time making and tasting osushi, and the food was amazing too. I’d do it again, 100/100. Don’t judge my sushis, it was my first time haha.

I’d never even tried a California roll in all my years living here, let alone made one, so this was a really fun evening. The chefs were funny, and making sushi was a great way to spend the time. 10 out of 10, I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, unusual activity in the city.

The sushi we made ourselves tasted great, and the staff were patient and attentive the whole time. They had translators available, too. It was a really happy, enjoyable experience. This place is a hotel as well as a spot where you can learn to make sushi.

We really enjoyed making sushi ourselves, especially the California rolls, and the fish was so fresh. The class was at Samurai restaurant on the hotel's ground floor. The staff were kind, friendly, and engaging, and English interpreters were available.
