I’d happily come back when I visit Kyoto again. The location worked well, right next to a JR Station, with bus stops just a few minutes away on foot. My room was very good and had everything I needed. The Hosts were kind and seemed happy to chat. I don’t speak Japanese, so there was a bit of a language barrier, but using an app made it no problem. I recommend this place.
We were two people, and the cute, cozy room was just right for us. It was beautifully designed, very neat, and had everything we needed for our three-day stay. Two supermarkets were only a 2-3 minute walk away, handy if we needed to buy anything. Royce Enmachi’s host was humble and nice, and the location made it convenient to reach Kyoto’s tourist spots. Thanks for the lovely stay. We’d like to come back!
The place was really clean and tidy, and the shower was great. Having pocket wi-fi was useful for finding my way around the city. What I didn’t like was hearing the train and the neighbours so clearly.
It’s a nice modern building with quality fixtures. You’re very close to a JR station, although the main shopping and restaurant district of Kyoto is far away.
A good spot to rest.
