We made ourselves at home here for a month while visiting my sister with my mother. Yasushi san was incredibly welcoming, and we could ask him for anything we needed. We had everything we needed, including access to laundry machines, a dryer, and bicycles. The neighborhood was peaceful, with the essentials nearby, and getting around was easy by subway, randem, or bus. If I return to Japan, I'll definitely stay here again.
Getting around Kyoto by bicycle was so much fun and really easy, and the house was comfortable and well located. Yasushi was a wonderful host who replied quickly and helped with anything we needed. Before heading to Tokyo, we had about 12 hours left in the city, and he kindly let us leave our luggage safely at the property, which helped a lot. I'd stay here again if I return to Kyoto. Highly recommend!
The place matched the pictures, and the bikes were great for exploring. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and Yasushi was a great host, responsive and communicative from the start. He went out of his way to help and gave us good recommendations. Really recommend it, we had a great stay.
The owner was especially kind, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The accommodation was clean and had what we needed, including a fridge, microwave, kitchenware, and coffee maker. It's close to a 7-Eleven and the train station.
I slept so well here, it could almost count as sleep therapy. The flats are simple, but really peaceful and a nice way to get a feel for everyday Japanese life. Great location too. I’d come back.
