It was a rock garden, not a green one, and none of the taxi drivers knew where it was. Even so, I had such a good time. The staff were wonderful, and the cooks made special "western style" meals for me because they thought I missed home and would enjoy something homemade.

Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is handy for finding restaurants and convenience stores nearby. There aren't many shops around Maebashi Station, so that was useful. The one thing I'd change is the breakfast, which is always the same and has salmon. It would be nice if they served fried eggs and bacon sometimes.

The bathroom was a highlight, and I was glad it had a sauna. Breakfast tasted homemade, was filling, and was delicious. I was in Gunma for plans and found the free parking convenient, with plenty of room at the back. Building A has a nice old-fashioned elevator. Our room felt a bit tight with the extra bed, but it was enough for a short stay. The hotel is a little outside the town center, though that's no problem if you're driving.

A last-minute change to my travel plans led me to book this place, and it turned out much better than I expected. The staff were friendly, there was a large public bath and hot springs, breakfast was tasty, and parking was free. I enjoyed my two nights and three days there.

Although the building is old, it was very clean and comfortable to use. A taxi from the station costs a little over 800 yen. I booked a room without meals, but there were enough restaurants nearby that it wasn't a problem.
