We stayed one night and paid around 30,000 yen. The hotel has cool decor and was very clean. There's nearby underground parking, but no baby room or accessible toilet. The free drink bar has all-you-can-drink wine until 23:00, though we didn't realize it until checking in at 22:00 and felt we'd missed out. The meals, services, and design get four stars from me. I'd rate it four for families and in general, and five for a couple's date.

The patisserie cookies and cakes were delicious, and dinner was excellent too. I especially liked the beautiful, carefully designed room. It made for a wonderful stay.

2025.10 We were lucky to find a room for the weekend. The hotel made for an immersive modern art and gourmet stay, with everything carefully put together. All the staff were so nice and made us feel warmly welcomed. Highly recommend!

There's a Blue Bottle Coffee right inside, which was great for a slow morning or an afternoon pick-me-up. The staff were friendly, the sauna was great, and it was easy to explore Maebashi from here. Shiroiya Hotel is one of the most unique places I've stayed. Art fills the rooms and hallways, and every corner feels like a little gallery. The mix of old and modern architecture works really well. My art room was cozy and inspiring. Definitely worth visiting if you're into design, art, and good coffee.

We felt like royalty, and couldn't be happier with how well we were treated. The staff were beautiful and incredibly helpful, and the hotel itself is stunning and luxurious. Dinner at the "open kitchen" was a visual and culinary sensory overload, with fresh ingredients and wonderful flavours. The team seemed focused on making us happy at every turn. They also provided a full gluten-free menu that was just as spectacular. This hotel is a real jewel. Highly recommend visiting.
