Customer support was understanding when we had a minor spill during our stay at ReLA Higashimatsudo. As a goodwill gesture, they waived the extra cleaning fee, and I really appreciated the service. I came all the way from NZ 🇳🇿 and would recommend staying here.

The room was lovely and fairly priced, with lots of space, a good bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The station is about a two-minute walk away, as are a convenience store and pharmacy. It's a great base for a Tokyo trip if you don't mind being outside the center. There's a direct train line into central Tokyo, but the ride takes around 45 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes.

It's spotless and can comfortably fit seven people, with a few good places to eat nearby. Higashi matsudo station is only about a two-minute walk away. Narita Airport is also fairly close, roughly 45 minutes by train, and Disneyland takes about 20 minutes by train.

I stay here for business a few times each year. It's right by the train station, and the self check-in is pretty easy. The rooms are nothing fancy. My one gripe is that most of them don't have a proper desk where I can work.

We booked it for our last night because we wanted to be somewhat near the airport. It's not really a tourist destination. The hotel was clean and nicely presented.
