The room is dated, and the bathroom is small, but the bed was super comfortable and had a remote to adjust the mattress height. That was the main thing for me. I’m 5'9 and the bathtub still fit me. For food and getting around, there’s an Izakaya building next door with 6-7 places serving different dishes, a grocery store in the Alpico Plaza next door, and the castle is a short walk away. The hotel is right by the bus station if you’re heading to Takayama. Booking directly through the hotel website is cheaper than Booking, and there’s a deal with breakfast included for a two-night stay. Breakfast is basic but does the job, with a couple of options for western tourists. All in all, 4/5.

I stayed at your hotel on 12.11.2025 and believe I left my Beats Flex headphones beside the bed in room 610 during the tour. I was told they couldn’t be found. Could you please check once more and help return them to our tour guide on his next visit?

It was fine for our one-night stay, and the location near the station is handy. The pillows were okay, too. But the room and bathroom felt very old, like they hadn’t been updated since the 70s or 80s. The furniture and equipment were noticeably worn, the TV console/desk was falling apart, and some lights didn’t work. The bathroom was yellowed as well. I wouldn’t book expecting more than the bare, old minimum.

The room was clean and the bed was big enough, though the toilet and bathtub were small. It’s about a five-minute walk from Matsumoto Railway Terminal. Parking is in a multi-storey car park east of the hotel, and the height limit there is 2.1m.

It’s about a five-minute walk to Matsumoto station and the rates are affordable. The room is a little small and dated, but with our backpacks it was still comfortable. Good for a one-night stop.
