Hotel Luna Park

The staff were nice, and the service was good.

The reception staff were lovely, and the room was cleaned carefully. The breakfast buffet was less consistent: when items ran out, staff replenished only the plates, while some dishes stayed empty and glasses seemed to be in short supply. I think the staff could use more balanced training. The reception was so pleasant that I hope to see them improve in the future.

The location and front desk were good, and the water in the small bath was nice. The Western-style room felt a bit like a business hotel. My two nights were quite different: the first was below average, while the second was pretty good and left me very satisfied. Perhaps it was because the place was emptier. Dinner on the first night had one rough staff member in the dining area, a tall, skinny woman with brown hair, maybe a grandmother. She was running around, which was unthinkable, and dust was flying everywhere. The woman working at the convenience store at night was the worst.

It was easy to get to Dogo Onsen from the hotel, and the food was delicious and very high quality. The souvenir corner had a good selection. They also kept our suitcases after checkout, so we could explore the area without any trouble.
