For the price, this is a pretty standard older hotel. If you just need somewhere to sleep for a night and aren't expecting much, it does the job.

The location is convenient, but the room had an unpleasant smell that made it feel unclean.

We paid very little for the room, probably because it wasn't a busy time. The staff were quick and polite, and the room was clean and in good shape, with plenty of power sockets. It was a fairly typical business hotel room. Parking costs extra, with options from 800 yen to around 1300 yen. We skipped breakfast, so I can't comment on it. The hotel is beside the entertainment district, a few minutes from a tram stop, and about a 30 minute walk from JR Matsuyama Station.

It was easy to get to the city center and the transit center from the accommodation.

I was passing through on the way to Nagasaki and stayed here for a night. The covered motorcycle parking was a real plus, and the staff were attentive. They also gave me directions when I asked. I enjoyed the stay and would recommend the hotel.
