TAKAHIRO S.
The service was warm and kind, and the hot spring facility, separate from the hotel and a minute’s walk away, was very good. Since it’s open to the public, it can get busy depending on when you go. Rates are just okay, below 10,000JPY on weekends and much cheaper than hotels in the central ciry. But for travelers visiting Matsuyama city or Dogoonsen, this location is very poor: it’s a five-minute walk from the station, which is five stations from the central station, with no tourist attractions nearby, just the hotel and a hotspring spa. The room was okay, though the cleaning wasn’t thorough; I saw dust on the TV and phone. The dinner buffet didn’t feel worth its price, and the menu wasn’t balanced. I’d visit a nearby restaurant if eating around the hotel.
