The public baths were alright, but the place felt pretty basic for the price, old and a bit worn. Our room didn’t have an en-suite bathroom. Maybe none of the rooms do and I should’ve read the small print. Also, charging 200 yen for an extra towel at an onsen is taking the piss.
The open-air onsen was lovely, and dinner was lovely too.
A good place to stay, and the staff are kind. 😍
