Mansuirou Ryokan

The staff were wonderful, polite, and helpful. We had an absolutely amazing hotel experience, and there was still more the hotel offered that we didn’t get to try. Next time we’ll choose the dining option too, since many nearby restaurants were closed. It might have been the day of the week, or more likely the season.

The Onsen bath was awesome, and the room was amazing, comfortable, and quiet. I was surprised by the excellent service and really friendly staff. It was a very good experience, and I’d come back.

The en suite onsen was really good for introducing my parents to onsen bathing, and the room had plenty of space for four adults. The staff were friendly, patient, helpful, and really nice to us. They went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable, even with the language barrier. Parking is available for guests, though you have to leave them your car key, which wasn’t a problem for us. The food was delicious and presented meticulously. My parents were very impressed with dinner and breakfast. My mom can’t have beef or pork, so we informed the hotel ahead of time and they accommodated her with a crab dinner set. It was a memorable experience for my family.

The location is great, near the river in Misasa. The hotel is noticeably old, but very clean and well maintained, with a feeling of grandeur. The staff were very friendly and super helpful.
