The staff were professional and very nice, and the location is great, really close to the big park. Our first room had a lock that didn’t work. The front desk dealt with it quickly and moved us straight away to a vacant room with a working lock. That room was a bit smaller than the first, which was a minor inconvenience.

The room was quiet and clean, and breakfast was included, described as purely organic. There were special amenities prepared for ladies to enjoy the natural hot spring. At reception in Daiku-machi, Mito-Shi, Ibaraki, the front manager welcomed us with a warm smile.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the location is handy for nearby sightseeing spots. I didn’t like having to take turns with the men to use the onsen spa. Breakfast was just so-so.

The breakfast was delicious, and you can also enjoy the warmth of the natural spring in the Onsen. It’s a really nice hotel with all the facilities.

I had a lovely two-night stay 😊, though the onsen didn’t seem to agree with my skin.
