The most disgusting place I’ve ever seen.
8/10
There’s a large public bath, and the building and rooms are a little old, but the value is good. Parking is free, and being along the bypass makes it handy for drivers. It’s also not far from the Shinkansen station, with plenty of stores nearby for anything you need. The drink bar is free. Breakfast costs extra and needs to be booked. The room has a toothbrush, razor, rinse-in shampoo, and body soap, while shampoo and conditioner can be borrowed from the front desk.

They called to tell me there’d been a mistake with my reservation by one week. They moved it to the following week without charging a cancellation fee, and changed my room from smoking to non-smoking when I checked in that day. They were very helpful, and I’m grateful.

I stayed for a month. Thank you. I felt that the greetings were rather unfriendly. Hospitality matters. I think this hotel would be loved even more if it could offer more kindness and heartfelt care.

The free parking was a great help. The reception staff were very helpful too, and the location near Shin-Kurashiki Station is really convenient.
