I’ll definitely be back to ku;bel many times. The experience there made me rethink a lot of things. Mr.Namikoshi, the owner and master chef, is an extraordinary, visionary, revolutionary person, and I’m very grateful I got to meet him. He cooks with his custom-made “maki-grill” and several kinds of salt that he makes himself.

If you’re staying around here, this would probably be the best choice. It’s a very spacious place that can accommodate up to 13 people. Book ahead and the owner/chef can prepare a delicious French, Spanish, or Japanese-style full course. Five stars, definitely recommend.
