Mr.kinjo Inn Miyakojima

The shower had fantastic pressure, and the woman at reception was sweet, friendly, and welcoming. I'd happily stay here again when I'm in the area.

The rooms are simple and just right, and the location makes bar hopping easy. It could get noisy at night, though.

The room was clean and close to the downtown area, and I had been thinking of returning, so the way things ended was disappointing. I forgot my pesticide-free, three-star mangoes after checking out. I wanted to share them with a friend in Miyako, so I called and asked if they could retrieve them. First I was told the cleaning staff hadn't seen anything, then the front desk checked and said they still couldn't find them. Lost items never seem to get returned. I also tried to leave a review on Rakuten, but it appears reviews are disabled there. The shower pressure was weak, like abroad, but just about usable. The hotel itself is nice, but the security feels foreign-level.

I stayed here for diving and found the roomy space and washing machine really useful. I'd use it again.
