It's a good deal, with a clean, roomy space and a short walk to a conbini or supermarket. The so-called full kitchen doesn't come with plates or utensils, though. It's really just a fridge, microwave, and kettle.

I was on a work trip and wanted to shower and do laundry after work, but there was no coin laundry by the front desk, even though Jalan listed one. When I asked, the receptionist told me they didn't have one. Futonmaki Jiro was about a 15-minute walk away, and although they said a new place would do it, I was tired and had already showered. I ended up walking about 10 minutes to Koshibaru Laundry and paid 700 yen. That's steep 😂. I'd seen reviews mentioning a coin laundry and should have checked more carefully 😂😂😂. Management, could you at least correct the listing on Jalan? Maybe it's been removed, but the online information needs fixing. That's why I'm giving one star.

I booked a car, but parking cost another 1,000 yen. There was no formal checkout, just a box on the elevator floor where I left my key. The room felt like a rented apartment for a day, which wasn't surprising given the low price. It had a simple setup with a one-burner induction cooktop, microwave, and a hotel-sized fridge that was larger than average, so it could work for a longer stay. After check-in I could go to and from my floor without passing the front desk. The view wasn't much, and when I opened the curtains and window, the area around the drain was so dirty that a few lumps made me wonder what they were. The bed had no nearby outlets, so I assumed the extension cord in the room was meant for that. The lights had no bedside switch or remote, so I had to use the wall switch. It didn't feel much like a hotel. Also, the lighting and outlets were inconvenient.

There's lots nearby within a five-minute walk, including a big supermarket, convenience store, clothing shop, and bookstore. The taxi from the airport took around 15 minutes and cost 1,400 yen. The room was very simple, in the usual Mr. Kinjo style, but thoughtfully functional, and the bed was comfortable. They provide toothbrushes, hairbrushes, shampoo, and conditioner, but no pajamas. If you're staying multiple nights, you need to collect towels at the front desk.

There's a roomy balcony that I thought would be nice for sitting with a beer in spring. This feels more like a weekly apartment, so I don't think meals are included. The room itself was clean and spacious, with plenty of amenities. MaxValu, restaurants, and convenience stores are nearby, making the area nice to walk around. There's a separate entrance after curfew, so check how it works before heading out.
