We came as a pair, my daughter and me, and had a lovely stay in this stylish, spacious place. It seems to have been renovated from an older building. We didn’t meet anyone at check-in: the front door was unlocked and the key was inside. Checkout was just as simple, leaving the key behind. Handy if you prefer not to meet anyone. (^^) There are 2 toilets, 1 shower, 1 shower and bath, 3 bedrooms, 3 sofa beds, 1 loft bed, 1 washing machine, and 2 refrigerators, plus a rooftop terrace. The vending machines are a 5-second walk away. It seems like it might sleep around 15 people if needed. The photo shows the surrounding scenery.

There was plenty for the kids to play with, and they were delighted. The house is spacious and well equipped, with Wi-Fi and a much-appreciated toilet upstairs. We had room to park two vans, and there’s a vending machine right outside, so drinks were easy to get. It’s also very conveniently located near Nishizato Street and Painagama Beach. Since it’s a detached house, there’s lots of space. The owner and staff were helpful throughout, and we had a wonderful stay. Thanks for looking after us.

For our first trip to Miyako Island, we couldn’t decide between a pretty resort and somewhere close to town. We were traveling just outside the New Year holiday, and in the end our family of three picked "Yonna Yonna." It’s a huge house with seven beds, so we wondered if three people really needed all that space. The location worked out very well: about a 5-minute walk to the town’s main shopping area, and a 5-minute drive to Sunset Beach. The owner is gentle and kind, and has moved from Tokyo after going through some hardships. Check-in and checkout can feel a little informal, so please be understanding. The house has a handmade feel and some typhoon damage. The bathroom is unusual, which may suit some people and not others. Still, I was able to unwind for 3 nights and 4 days and came away very satisfied with our time on Miyako Island. Our stay at "Yonna Yonna" became a lovely memory. I’d recommend it for a relaxing stay at a reasonable price.

We chose this inn for a recent trip with three families because it had enough capacity and was within walking distance of an area full of restaurants. The owners were warm and friendly, while giving us just the right amount of space. It made for a comfortable stay, and we’ll come back.

I could happily stay here forever, lol. It’s an ultra-luxurious rental condo, spacious and stylish, with terracotta tiles. The living room and island kitchen are gorgeous, and I fell for the claw-foot bathtub as soon as I saw it. The drying room was so useful, and the garden is beautiful too. The owner was kind and welcoming. Next time I’d like to stay at Nukanuka as well. ♪
