The garden has a quiet, private feel, with pleasant shade and a nice homey design. The rooms are clean, and the two dogs are adorable. Little things like insect spray and cooking utensils are always provided, which is helpful. There are handmade handbags in the rooms too, full of Miyakojima surprises.

The place now has a different name and is listed on Airbnb. The room size is fine, but there were ants, winged ants, and geckos inside, plus a giant frog outside. If you’re comfortable being surrounded by nature, it may be a nice stay. If you’re a clean freak, be careful, I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s outside the downtown area, but only a 15-minute drive from both downtown and Cape Higashihenazaki, so the location itself isn’t bad.

The room was clean and had convenient cooking utensils and tableware. The brown dog is Ryu, and the white one is Anchan. Anchan is very friendly, while Ryu is pretty wary. The dogs belong to the owner and his wife, so feel free to ask him out if you’d like to play with Wanwan (^o^).

You’ll need to drive to get here. The owners were so friendly, and the room was clean and cute. They’ve made a detailed, adorable travel guide by hand, which I’d recommend. The shampoo was great too, and having a washing machine and drying rack made things really convenient and comfortable. 💖

The owners and their dog were so welcoming. When we left, they waved goodbye and watched as we drove away, which felt really thoughtful. The house and garden are beautiful, and the facilities are all there, from a full set of kitchen utensils and microwave to laundry supplies. The owner's wife even made a hand-drawn tourist guide!
