The room was large and clean, but the bed was too hard. If your room faces the main street, it's very noisy and the soundproofing is really bad. You can hear cars driving by and partygoers screaming outside.

The bed was comfortable and spacious, and I really appreciated how clean the toilet and bathroom were. My room itself was nice, clean, and roomy.

The person managing the parking lot was exceptionally courteous, and all the staff were patient and helpful. The hotel is close to everything, and the breakfast was amazing. I’ll definitely choose it again.

The rooms were very clean, and the customer service was top-notch. HOTEL MYSTAYS has all the good things you come to expect in Japan, and Miyazaki is no exception to the country's amazing use of technology.
