They made us feel like family. Everyone was so warm and friendly, and they worked incredibly hard to translate things and help us understand. I can't say enough about how happy I was with this place.

The room was standard, just a regular tatami room, but the outdoor private onsen was lovely and really pretty. The staff were friendly too.

The hot springs are in the forest, and the rooms are clean and spacious. This is a small family-run place with wonderfully warm hospitality. The BBQ chicken and tempura were delicious.

The place is tucked away from the towns, and getting there takes some effort, but it was well worth the trip. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I loved the beautiful private onsen, and the food was amazing, tasty and presented like a work of art. Such an experience. Be adventurous and try everything :)

The outdoor private bath and the path leading to it felt magical. I was also allowed to check in an hour early, and the staff were so kind. The rooms were comfortable with a refreshing view, and dinner was a meal I'll remember for a long time. Absolutely amazing, thank you!
