8/10
The onsen was clean and easy to get to, and the parking lot had good lighting. Breakfast was simple but tasted fine. This is a business hotel, with small rooms and a compact toilet and shower unit, though everything was clean and smelled okay. Check-in staff were helpful and friendly, and explained the facilities. Wi-Fi worked well enough for streaming and video calls, and the power outlets were easy to reach. Not bad.

They offer free drinks, but the machine wasn't working 😿

Good enough for a short stay. The friendly staff are what earned it four stars from me.
