The rooms feel a little old-fashioned, but they've got what you need and I was comfortable there. I accidentally went to Part 1, and they kindly talked me through how to get to the right place over the phone. The phone service and cleanliness were great, and the price was reasonable. I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in Karuizawa. Thank you!
