Good value, with a clean, quiet room and the basic amenities covered. The self check-in was helpful.

I regret choosing this place based on the location and price, even though it was the only one available. I've stayed at other container hotels, and this one was nowhere near as clean or comfortable. I won't use it again. I expected a newly built hotel to feel clean, but it didn't. We booked for three, and the extra futon had no cover, just the bare futon, with pillowcases in a drawer. I couldn't find sheets or a duvet cover, and nobody was at the front desk. I tried the Livemax Hotel next door too, but there was no one there either. When I called, they kept asking if I had any sheets, then saying things like “Oh really?” and “I see,” before telling me to use what I had as it was. They didn't answer my question. I was surprised they seemed to expect us to sleep without a cover. I eventually found a sheet at the front desk, and staff said I could use it. One wasn't enough, so I had to make do with bath towels and other things. The extra bed was a cheap-looking sofa bed that unfolded, but it was full of candy crumbs and other bits. With no cover, it felt like sleeping on a hard board. The unit bath is tiny and the pillows smell bad. It's still better than sleeping in a car, and probably fine if you're on your own and only need somewhere to sleep. The large public bath at the hotel next door was nice, though.

We managed the one-night stay fine, partly because the hotel next door had a large bath open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. It operates like a public bath, with restaurants, a manga corner, an amusement area, and more than I'd expected. If you have some money to spend, you could take care of everything there. I booked a single room with my child through Agoda for just 4,286 yen, which was super cheap. The hotel is out by an industrial area, with no restaurants that seemed walkable and the supermarket even farther away. The room was a little cramped for two, though.

My Friday evening booking was last-minute, so having a room available really saved me. For a solo road trip, this is perfect. The online reservation also got me a parking discount, and the whole stay cost less than 5,000 yen. It was my first time in a container house. The place is new and lovely, cleaned well, and gave me a private space to enjoy. I'm very satisfied and hope to come back. Thanks so much!!
