The rooms are clean and the other facilities are good. There’s a 7 Eleven across the road, with a supermarket and pharmacy nearby. It’s a 10-minute walk from the Keihan Line and just over five minutes from the Tanimachi Line. I didn’t interact with staff, aside from perhaps the cleaning staff, but they respond to emails.

It was bright and clean, though it could use more toilets, stronger WiFi, and better showers. The beds are typically hard, but a little wider than usual.

The showers were good, and little extras like q-tips were a pleasant surprise. Everything else was good too. The rooms are very clean and basic, and I’d highly recommend it.

The area in Osaka is quiet, and the hostel was clean. The beds don’t get any air circulation, though, so expect hot nights.

It’s the cheapest place in osaka, with the nicest interior and amenities. If you’re planning to go clubbing in namba until the early morning, though, it’s a ways from the action.
