Kenken Reto Private Villa

We had the whole large property to ourselves, with just one main building and an outbuilding, and it felt wonderfully private. Outside we could hear nature, while indoors we played our favorite music on the BALMUDA speakers. It made for a special, out-of-the-ordinary stay. Beforehand, the inn staff told us about a Nago wine shop, where we bought delicious wine and cheese. For dinner, we cooked local ingredients on a hot plate. We could go in the pool as often as we liked, then sip beer and look at the sky without worrying about other guests. Walking around the villa took us onto Okinawa's distinctive farm paths, and we had lunch at a set-meal restaurant known mostly to locals, though maybe it's famous and we just don't know. It was a lovely way to enjoy the Okinawan experience.
