The staff were a big help with our accommodation booking and throughout the visit. They even arranged dinner reservations each night for our group of eight. The hotel was excellent, spotless, and clearly very well cared for.

A few minutes on foot from the slopes, with a pleasant shared area and a great fire. Service was excellent, and breakfast was simple rather than fancy, but just right for families. Some rooms are big and great, while others are very small.

The location gave us a good calorie burn, so we felt free to eat whenever we wanted! The team looked after every need, from reservations and directions to ice packs, and the breakfast was amazing. This hotel and its staff are hard to describe. Thanks, everyone, for being so hospitable!

We had a lovely five-night ski stay here. It felt so cosy, and the staff were both gorgeous and really helpful.

There were so many thoughtful extras, it’s hard to list them all. Tea and coffee are available in the lobby around the clock beside a log fire, and there’s a large drying room. The free washer and dryer, with detergent supplied, were especially handy. The hotel is centrally located, and after skiing it was lovely to come back somewhere comfortable. Breakfast was decent before heading out, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Their hospitality made our trip, and I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
