10/10
My single room was just the right size for one person, and though it was a bit old, it was very clean and comfortable. They have a generous range of free toiletries and other items, plus free laundry. If you ask, they can also lend you a bike for the day at no cost. Breakfast comes free with the room, though I didn’t try it. Lovely hotel and staff. I highly recommend it!

The breakfast had lots of choices and was tasty and filling. Aside from that, this is a fairly ordinary hotel, and the Love Live brand association makes it a little expensive. Good overall, but nothing particularly special.

There was mold growing in the bathroom, and it was so dirty. The room was much too small, and the free breakfast was just so-so. I won’t stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel in Agus. The location was very good and it was cheap. Thanks for finding my lost wallet! Breakfast was free, and there was an earthquake!!!!!

This was a busy, expensive business hotel without anything remarkable about it. The bathroom had a constant dripping noise, and I found a fly in the shower.
