The staff were friendly and accommodating, and for a solo business trip the hotel was acceptable. I had a mixed stay, though. The location is convenient, but the mechanical tower parking could take a long time, especially during busy morning and evening hours. The rooms felt quite small, so I wouldn't choose this for a family. Breakfast was limited and mostly meat options, which made it difficult for vegetarians and people with dietary restrictions. Parking, room size, and breakfast all have room to improve.

The clean room and new, clean bathroom were a plus, and you can see the top of fujisan from the room. Amenities and sanitized nightgowns are available in the lobby. We stayed two nights; there was no room cleaning, but fresh towels were provided each day. It's a business hotel, so the room felt a bit small for our family with one child. Still, the price was quite cheap compared with other hotels, and the station and lots of local restaurants are nearby. The ice cream shop opposite the hotel is delicious. Breakfast was okay, with some dishes changing from the first day. Our child stayed for free, so they didn't provide an extra pillow. Parking is elevated parking and costs 800JYP per night. It was convenient for us traveling by car.

We were tourists and just needed somewhere to stay, so this business hotel did the job. I’d recommend it to tourists only if they just need a bed. A good point is that there are washers and dryers available to use.

The rooms are compact and work well for business travel, but not for groups. Breakfast could use a better selection for foreign guests.
