There was dust all over the massage chair, too. The room itself was filthy: empty plastic bottles from the previous guest on the TV stand, dried contact lenses on the desk by the bed, and a bandage and hair in plain sight in the bathroom. It really makes me wonder whether they clean properly.

I still recommend this fairly new hotel, even though it costs more now and I end up going elsewhere a lot. I used to come almost every day because it’s close to the station. The visible parts are spotless, and the equipment is good, though with the easy access and high turnover it seems to break down fairly often. On my stay today, the humidifier was moldy and its float wasn’t seated right, so it showed an error. I rinsed it with hot water and put the float back in place. I know upkeep is a hassle, but I’ll probably use the humidifier a lot this time of year, and mold is a serious problem for me because of my respiratory illness. I’d especially like them to maintain it properly. Mold on air conditioners and humidifiers may be common in love hotels, but it still needs attention. I know the area, so the unusual hallways on floors 5 and 9 don’t bother me, but first-time visitors might prefer another floor. The 8th floor is cute, and the 10th has the best facilities. I’d go for a room with two beds and karaoke. The elevators have fixed directions, so watch out: the one by the entrance goes up, while the one at the back, by the stairs and toilet, goes down. In the dark, it’s also easy to mix up the condom case and toy cover. Other hotels keep them separate, so maybe these could be stored apart too. One small thing, I wonder if that unfriendly front desk clerk from before has left, or if I just haven’t seen her lately. The staff at the desk were great today ☺️. I was glad the blower had been drained, though the bathtub was a bit rough 🙂

Dust is everywhere. The hair dryer filter gets so clogged that the airflow is weak, and I have to clear it with a toothbrush. The bathroom drain trap is full of sebum, so shower water pools on the floor. I was also woken up several times by the door slamming during my stay. That was especially unpleasant.

I came for the first time to collect stickers, and trying to curl my hair turned into a struggle. I’d brought my curling iron, but there wasn’t an outlet in the bathroom, and without a mirror it was really hard to do anything. I should’ve brought a mirror myself, of course, but it seems like one’s needed to use the facilities. Other 555 users have bathroom outlets. Are the other rooms like this too? Could mirrors be lent out? Thanks for considering it.
