I slept really well here. The bed was comfortable, and the room stayed quiet and peaceful at night. Breakfast was a good buffet with plenty to choose from, served in a calm atmosphere. I also found the reception team helpful, especially with their English and detailed instructions. Two nights at Hotel Taiyo Noen Nibancho with breakfast included was a great stay. The location and service were just right.
The breakfast is the best part, especially for just 500 yen extra: lots of tasty vegetables and other food. The hotel itself is very reasonably priced. My one gripe was the windows, which didn't block street noise well, so I could hear it late at night.
I found the location handy for late nights, with a convenience store right outside and cafes and ramen shops nearby that stay open until around 11 pm. It's also close to Okaido shopping street and the nightlife area. The hotel has a warm, welcoming feel, and I'd happily stay again if I'm back in Matsuyama. Breakfast was a highlight: a wide restaurant with lots of fresh vegetables and snacks. If you ask, the chef can make hot food too, including a delicious French toast with bitter caramel. The staff were lively, friendly, and seemed to work well together. Their orange uniforms and accessories add to the casual feel. Free orange umbrellas are available on rainy days. The rooms are simple but clean, with fresh interiors and clean furniture. I especially appreciated being able to open the window, which has a mosquito net, since I prefer fresh air at night to sleeping with the air conditioner. There’s also a free water dispenser with paper cups on each floor by the elevator, much more convenient than vending machines. It may be a bit pricey, but I felt it was worth it. The hotel is run by a farming company, which seems to show in the good breakfast and relaxed atmosphere. It left me with a warm, inspiring impression.
Breakfast was my favorite part. Since the hotel is run by an agriculture business, they serve fresh vegetables and really good food. It was stunning! The location is right in central Matsuyama, with lots of bars and nightlife nearby and a convenience store just across the way. There’s parking too. The hotel is brand new, with clean, good-quality rooms and kind staff. Their hospitality was especially good. You can pick up the room necessities you need on the front floor. I’m sure this is a great place for a Matsuyama holiday. Enjoy!
