Hotel Route Inn Matsuyama Chuo -Katsuyama Dori-

I’d dreamed of visiting Japan for years, and finally made the trip with three friends. We chose Matsuyama and stayed at Hotel Route Inn Matsuyama, which was comfortable and convenient for a short getaway. When we came back to the room one evening, there was a little pink housekeeping card on the table. It thanked us for choosing eco-friendly cleaning, said the kettle had been unplugged for fire safety, and told us to contact the front desk with questions. The cleaner had signed “Yamamoto” (Yamamoto). It was a small gesture that made me smile. I shared the note on Instagram to thank the hotel, then played “Happiness” by AI on my phone. Hearing “You bring me happiness” made me think about how much joy the trip had brought me. Breakfast was one of my favorite parts. The grilled fish, miso soup, rice, and tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet) reminded me of being young and imagining an authentic Japanese breakfast. The warm soup and soft, flavorful tamagoyaki made me feel content. I also loved the hot spring after a long day. The warm, mineral-rich water, steam, quiet atmosphere, and soothing heat helped me relax and forget the stress for a while. The coffee aroma in the lobby welcomed us as soon as we arrived, and my friend who loves coffee tried some right away. They said it was really good, with a rich, bold flavor. Between that, the thoughtful service, comforting food, and hot springs, the stay was everything I’d hoped for and more. Until next time, Japan. See you again！(See you again!)
