Ma-Blue Garden House

The restaurant had a lovely beachside bar feel, and the staff were warm and attentive. Parking was easy too. We stopped in for breakfast and each had a tasty Doria, one with spicy minced egg and the other with plenty of cheese, ordered without meat. Both were rich, aromatic, and mouthwatering. We also got iced coffee, and were pleasantly surprised that the ice cubes were coffee too. Such a thoughtful touch. A memorable meal and well worth visiting!

We had a peaceful meal at this quiet spot off the main road, with a Hawaiian-style feel that’s great for lunch or dinner. The food and service were amazing, rich in flavor and very cheesy, haha. The shrimp Doria and triple Cheeseburger were favorites with everyone, and the waffle was a perfect finish. It even came with a little flower. We’ll come back next time we’re in town, definitely recommend it!

A great Hawaiian-Japanese place. The family agreed the banana chocolate pancake was the best dessert. The doria with garlic prawns, mince, and cheese was really good too, as were the ma-blue burger and omurice.

We really liked this pretty place and recommend stopping in if you’re traveling north. It’s tucked away in the north of Okinawa, seemingly in the middle of nowhere, but the food was fresh, tasty, and just right. The dessert pancakes were light and nicely balanced, not overly sweet. Service was polite and pleasant, the atmosphere was lovely, and there’s parking out front. Such a hidden gem!
