The balcony is the highlight for me. The views are amazing at any time, morning through night, and I would’ve slept out there just to watch the stars if I could. The BnB is spacious, clean, and great value, with a big living room, kitchen, laundry area, and separate toilet and bathroom. I booked with friends, who arrived before me, which explains the messy bed in the photo. The rooms seem to sleep six to eight, though with only one bathroom, a group of more than five may need to take turns. The owner’s instructions were clear and easy to follow. The building is next to a large hotel with several restaurants, including yakiniku, an ice cream shop, and Starbucks. The hotel also has a parking slot. The location works well if you’re staying in this part of Okinawa. Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, Oceanic Culture Museum, and Tropical Dream Center are a bit north, while Sesoko Beach is a few minutes’ drive south. You’ll need a rental car since public transport is less common than in other Japanese cities. We had a great few days in Motobu. Highly recommended, 5/5!

The apartment is a bit aged, but it was comfortable, the beds were clean, and we had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was especially useful since we needed space to prepare our own food. My family and I enjoyed our holiday here in a peaceful neighbourhood, within walking distance of the marine park. Very happy to recommend it. Thank you!

The view was the best part, and everything else was good too. The place is a little aged, but that was fine. Parking was the one real challenge: you could have a big problem getting a 7-seater in. I stayed on the 6th floor.

The view is superb, facing the ocean expo park, and the living room is big and spacious. I booked through airbnb and the place was better than I expected. It’s easy to get to and centrally located in motobu, close to the aquarium. Parking is under the apartment, but you have to go up a slope, so take a little care if your car has low suspension or you’re carrying heavy luggage.

Our hostess, Megumi san, was so helpful. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with lots of space and a modern feel. The ocean views were beautiful too. Great location, highly recommend!
