The staff are sweet, but the hotel feels shabby and needs renovation. I stayed four nights and never got room service. The room was tiny, and getting to the toilet meant stepping up a very high step that seemed potentially dangerous. Breakfast was pretty bad too.

The staff were very polite, and it's a cheap place to stay. But it clearly hasn't been remodeled in a long time, with stains on the carpet and bedding. I spent a week there because it had been booked for me, though there are better options nearby.

I called the hotel directly and managed to book a room, even though I hadn't seen it listed online, because they had space available. For ¥7,800 I got one night with breakfast. There were lots of little dishes, plus bread, coffee, apple juice and more. Great value for the money, so I'm giving it five stars. I was there on a business trip.

I stayed for work, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's near the bar district, which was convenient. When I asked to borrow a charger at the front desk, they were very helpful.

The front desk staff were very helpful, though the hallways were so dark they felt a bit scary. WiFi was weak, and some TV channels came in poorly.
