Ricco Mond Hills Apartment House

I spent 14 nights here and it worked perfectly for a longer stay. Everything I needed was provided, and I could use the time and space just how I liked. I'd definitely come back.

I booked through booking, and since the fee is fixed, staying several nights works out well. Behind the auto-locking door there were two bunk beds, plus a balcony with a bench and shower. Inside, the bathroom was clean and had laundry, and there was also a washlet toilet, kitchen with utensils and refrigerator, free Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning. The host communicated without contact, and the room felt safe and comfortable. The only place to eat within walking distance was an okonomiyaki restaurant, though Katsuura is a short drive away.

We came as a family, two adults and three children, and sr Hibino and sra Hibino made us feel very welcome. They were so kind and attentive. sr Hibino messaged us restaurant suggestions and his pick for the best onsen in the area. We'd definitely come back. Thank you so much for your hospitality. I highly recommend this place for families traveling together.

I booked a room yesterday and realized right away that I'd made a mistake. I tried calling the apartment manager several times to cancel, but nobody picked up. I wasn't happy with the landlord's response.
