The rooms were on the small side, but decent. Staff were friendly, the location near the main station was great, and the onsen was lovely. Breakfast had a good selection, too.

I always look forward to coming back here. Check-in was smooth, and the two male staff who helped me were professional and kind. I'm always happy with breakfast, especially the almond milk and really good Niigata rice. Thanks! ^ ^

There's an onsen bath on the second floor, and the hotel is within walking distance of the bullet train station. The rooms are small, but if that works for you, it's a very clean and comfortable place.

The room's ventilation could be better, and the interior looks stuck in the 70s or 80s and badly needs a refurbishment. Breakfast is fine, though it doesn't start until 7am. The communal bath is nothing special, but okay. The place itself is clean.

That was the best green smoothie I've ever had. Please share the recipe if you see my review!
