10/10
The only minor issue was the bed spring, which wasn't in great shape, though it was still okay. Otherwise, the stay was amazing and I'd highly recommend it. The room was clean and very good for three people in the two-bedroom type. The bathroom was amazing, every appliance worked well, and there were good restaurants all around.

The bathroom was amazing, and the place was clean. Staff were really helpful, and the instructions for everything were clear.

As soon as we entered, there was a very strong smell of smoke in the room. The homeowner told us by phone that the housekeeper thought it was normal while cleaning. He said there wasn't another room to move us to and offered no compensation. It was late and we didn't have enough time to find another hotel, so we had to put up with the smoky smell all night. A really bad experience in Nagasaki.

Everything else was good and the place was clean, with no major problems. But the nighttime noise was really unpleasant. There are a few karaoke places around, and we could hear men singing quite clearly even late at night.

Rooms were clean and nice, and the location was good. The bed wasn't the best, and the towels were very thin.
