The location is excellent, near shops, trams and restaurants. Just be aware that the building is on a bus route: if you're in ground-floor Room B, you'll hear and feel the buses. They don't run late, so it probably won't be an issue unless you have small children. For parking, there's a multistory lot across the road, or on-site parking if you want to pay more. Getting inside was a whole ordeal. We followed the instructions but still couldn't open the front door; after about ten tries, it suddenly worked while we were on the phone with the help desk. Once in, check-in on the tablet was mostly fine until the local tax payment. No problem with paying the tax, but why not include it in the total bill? There was no cash option, so I had to scan a QR code, open a webpage and enter all the details by hand. A QR code set up with the right amount would make more sense. In Fukuoka there was a cash tin, and sometimes simple is best.
