We found the place to be good value, with plenty of free parking. The sea-view room was tidy, and the bed was comfortable. It also had basic cooking and dining gear, plus a washer and dryer with detergent provided. Before we arrived, we received a detailed email explaining self check-in, so following the instructions made it easy to get through the electronic password lock.

We had a great stay and felt like we got a real bargain. The self check-in was straightforward, and not having keys to deal with worked well. There’s lots of parking, with another designated lot available if the first one fills up. Inside, the room was roomy and well equipped, including a washer and dryer. For guests without a car, it may be inconvenient that luggage can’t be stored before or after the stay, but that wasn’t a problem for us.

Compared with the nearby Mr. Kinjo chain, I found this a much better choice. Check-in was modern and very easy: the booking included a pin code that let us enter early, while Mr. Kinjo’s check-in is at 6pm. The room also had a full washer and dryer with detergent, as well as a microwave, fridge, and kettle. You only get an ocean view from the top floors.

For the price, it’s good value, and it has what you need in a business hotel.
